At LYZYN, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below for detailed information regarding eligibility and procedures.
Before shipment, we may provide a product confirmation video upon request to help verify item details and reduce unnecessary returns.
1️⃣ Return Eligibility
We accept returns for new and unused products only.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags and packaging included
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
2️⃣ How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
• Log in to your LYZYN account
• Go to Order History
• Select your order and click Return / Exchange
• Complete the request form
• Follow the return instructions and ship the package

3️⃣ Return Method & Fees
• Return method: By mail
• Return label: Customer responsibility
• Restocking fee: No cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a LYZYN error (wrong or defective item).
LYZYN is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5️⃣ Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible products.
• Please select Exchange when submitting your request
• Exchange availability depends on stock
6️⃣ Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will review the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
